Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />LONG-TERM AGREEMENT (LIN <br />y ~~ <br />THIS LONG-TERM AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the ,~ ~ <br />day of June, 1986, by and between JENNIFER LIN, a married woman <br />as her sole and separate property, and FREDERIC LIN, a single <br />man, (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") and the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as <br />"City"). The Developer and City agree as set forth below. <br />R E C I T A L S <br />A. Developer owns real property in joint tenancy in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit A, attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists <br />generally of 230.6 acres (A.P.N. 946-2300-2-4 and A.P.N. <br />946-2300-2-5), (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject <br />Property"). <br />B. The City has approved PUD-84-5 by Ordinance No. 1158 <br />granting development plan approval for 215 dwelling units <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "Project"). <br />C. Developer is seeking growth management approval for the <br />Project under the City's Growth Management Program. <br />p. City may enter long-term agreements with project <br />developers meeting the requirements for such agreements pursuant <br />- 1 - <br />
