EXHIBIT A <br />"Improvements" include the installation of a 12-inch water line <br />extension 10 feet from the face of curb in Stanley Boulevard from <br />the 20-inch water main located at the intersection of Bernal Avenue <br />and Stanley Boulevard, to the eastern property line of Pacific Gas <br />and Electric Company's Vineyard Substation, located at 3350 Stanley <br />Boulevard. The total distance of the water line extension is 1164 <br />linear feet.
