The centerline is described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the monument on the intersection of Corte Bandera <br />and Calle Altamira as shown on the Map of Tract 3165 filed May 19, <br />1971, Book -70, Page 1, Alameda County Records; the monumented <br />centerline of Corte Bandera as N 24°07' W is taken as basis of <br />bearings for the purpose of this description; thence running along <br />the centerline of Calle Altamira S 66°11' W, 124.01 feet to the <br />western boundary of said map of Tract 3165; thence N 24°07' W,-11.00 <br />feet along the western boundary of said map of Tract 3165 to the <br />Point of Beginning; thence from said Point of Beginning S 66°11' W, <br />89.96 feet; thence on the arc of a tangent curve to the left, having <br />a radius of 654.53 feet, through a central angle of 8°00', an arc <br />distance of 91.39 feet; thence S 58°11' W, 88.00 feet; thence <br />S 31°49' E, 169.00 feet to the northerly right-o.f-way line of <br />Arroyo Del Valle as shown on Reel 3397, Image 882, Alameda County <br />Records. <br />
