Desoriptioa a-8 All that real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Being a portion of Parcel 1 as said Parcel 1 is shown on the map of Parcel Map 1297, recorded January 24, 1974 in Book 83 of Maps at Page 9, Records of Alameda County, California, and being also a portion of that certain parcel of-land conveyed lrom City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation, to Pleasanton Joint School District of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, State of California, a public corporation, by Grant Deed. dated December 28, 1973 and recorded January 23, 1974 in Reel 3596 at Image 380, Records of Alameda County, California and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Parcel 1, said point being the westerly terminus of a 20 foot radius curve concave to .the northwest as shown on said Parcel Map 1297, thence from said point of beginning and along said southerly line N 79' 15'26" W 36.05 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 30 feet, thence leaving said southerly line northerly 66.93 feet along said curve through a central angle of 127'49'00" to the beginning of a compound curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 167 feet, thence northeasterly 86.69 feet along said curve through a central angle of 29'44'34", thence N 78'18'08" E 79.50 feet to a point on the east line of said Parcel 1 said point being also a point on a non-tangent curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 333 feet, a radial line to said point bears N 39'28'50" W, thence along said easterly line southerly 133.22 feet along said curve through a central angle of 22' 55'19" to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the northwest having a radius of 20 feet, thence southwesterly 25.53 feet along said curve through a central angle of 7 ~ 08'43" to the point of beginning of the description.
