any such claims made, or suits filed, School District shall give <br />City prompt written notice thereof, and City shall have the right <br />to defend or settle the same to the extent of its interest <br />hereunder. <br />(2) School District shall indemnify, save <br />and hold harmless City, its officers, agents, and employees, <br />against any and all claims, causes of action, suits, or <br />judgments, including expenses incurred therewith, for death or <br />injury to persons or loss of, or damage to, property, resulting <br />from negligent acts of School District, its officers, agents or <br />employees in the performance of this Agreement. In the event of <br />any such claims made or suits filed, City shall give School <br />District proper notice thereof, and School District shall have to <br />defend or settle the same to the extent of its interest here- <br />under. <br />f. School District shall allow access to the <br />City and School District Facilities and the public parking <br />facilities of School District a reasonable time prior to, during, <br />and after the times the School District and City Facilities are <br />scheduled for use by City. City shall pay for and construct <br />fifty (50) parking spaces at the City Facility which shall be <br />built on leased to the City. These spaces shall be signed and <br />controlled by the City for its primary use. <br />g. School District shall be responsible for <br />routine exterior grounds maintenance at City~s Gymnasium <br />Facility, including mowing, watering, parking lot sweeping and <br />other related duties. <br />- 13 - <br />
