lines and streets, pavements and adjoining properties, the <br />rights, restrictions, easements, boundaries and contours of the <br />site, and information as to the sewer, water, gas and electrical <br />service. <br />7. All plans and specifications for the construction <br />and installation of said City Facility shall be submitted to City <br />Council for its approval prior to submittal to the State Office <br />of Architecture and Construction (50$ plans) and prior to the <br />commencement of construction (90~ plans). In addition, the <br />School District shall obtain any additional approvals for the <br />construction of such City Facility as required by law. The City <br />Facility shall be constructed in strict conformance with <br />applicable laws, regulations and ordinances. The School District <br />shall obtain all permits and pay all fees and licenses necessary <br />for the construction of the City Facility and to comply with the <br />rules and regulations of the State Office of Architecture and <br />Construction. City shall have the right to make changes to plans <br />and specifications for the City Facility. <br />8. The City shall, at all times during construction, <br />have the right to inspect the City Facility and the work in <br />progress and the right to require construction defects to be <br />corrected. <br />9. Prior to the completion of construction of <br />the City Facility, the City and School District shall jointly <br />make a preliminary and a final inspection of the work prior to <br />- 4 - <br />
