15. Attorney's Fees. In the event City shall install and pre- <br />vail in any action or suit for the enforcement of any of its rights <br />under this agreement, Subdivider shall pay to City a reasonable <br />attorney's fee as may be fixed by the court on account thereof. <br />16. Assignment. Subdivider intends to assign all rights, <br />interest and obligations after filing of the final map and all <br />reference to Subdivider shall apply in full force and effect to <br />any assignee upon completion of said assignment. The City shall <br />be notified immediately upon completion of the assignment of <br />the property. <br />17. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in writing <br />and delivered in person or sent by certified mail, postage prepaid. <br />Notices required to be given to City shall be addressed as follows: <br />City Manager <br />City of Pleasanton <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />P. Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Notices required to be given to Subdivider shall be addressed as <br />follows: <br />c/o CPS & Associates, Inc. <br />1153 Bordeaux Drive, Suite #101 <br />Sunnyvale, CA 94086 <br />Notices required to be given surety or Subdivider shall be addressed <br />as follows: <br />Developer's Insurance Company <br />c/o Len Miller & Associates <br />P. O. Box 657 <br />Tustin, CA 92680 <br />Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by <br />notice in writing to the other party and thereafter notices shall <br />be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />-6- <br />
