Property Damage - $100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />13. Attorney's Fees. In the event either party shall <br />institute and prevail in any action or suit for the enforcement <br />of any of its rights under this agreement, the prevailing <br />party shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney's fee as <br />may be fixed by the court on account thereof. <br />14. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in <br />writing and delivered in person or sent by certified mail, <br />postage prepaid.
