EXHIBIT C <br />PROVISION OF INTERACTIVE INSTITUTIONAL SERVICES <br />Yiacorr shall provide interactive service to public agencies and businesses in <br />thr. City r~rithin one (1) year of the Sarre interactive service being regular•1~~ <br />and commercially available on a non-experimental basis to subscribers in forty <br />percent (409;) of comparable systems in the San Francisco Bay Area, and upon <br />receipt of a written request from the City to initiate such service. Prior to <br />making such a request, the City shall conduct a public hearing to revier! <br />testimony about interactive service, including the need for such service <br />within the City and the potential cost to subscribers of such services. <br />~1 <br />a~ <br />
