Section 108.3.1 of the California Building Standards Code 2007 Edition, (24 <br />C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 2006 Edition <br />is amended as follow: <br />108.3.1 Penalties. Penalties for violations shall be as provided in Section <br />1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />Section 20.16.030 -Added -Section 111.2 Penalties. <br />Section 111.2 of the California Building Standards Code 2007 Edition, (24 <br />C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 2006 Edition <br />is amended as follow: <br />111.2 Penalties. Penalties for violations will be as provided in Section 1.12.020 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />20.16.040 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.050 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.060 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.070 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.080 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.090 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.100 -This Section is Deleted. <br />20.16.110 -This Section is Deleted." <br />"Section 5. Chapter 20.20 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is <br />hereby further amended to read as follows: <br />A. There is adopted by reference that certain code known as the Californian <br />Building Code, part 4 more particularly described in this section, except such <br />portions as are amended, modified or deleted in this chapter and the same is <br />adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length in this chapter. <br />B. Said Code is the California Building Standards Code 2007 Edition (24 <br />C.C.R.), and including by reference the National Electrical Code, 2005 Edition <br />and all appendices thereto, published by the International Association of <br />Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. <br />so <br />
