EXHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PAUP-2; Alonzo R Hudson <br />1021 Malaga Court <br />October 19, 2005 <br />1. The keeping of four chickens at 1021 Malaga Court shall be substantially as shown on the <br />site plans, Exhibit A, dated "Received August 12, 2005" and application description on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor <br />changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found <br />to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br />2. The use permit is limited to the existing four chickens; a new permit will be required for <br />additional chickens. <br />3. The applicants shall ensure the keeping or maintenance of the chickens be done in such <br />manner as to cause no damage or hazazd to persons or property in the vicinity or to generate <br />offensive noise, dust or odor. <br />4. The applicants shall ensure that the premises where the chickens aze kept are maintained in a <br />clean and sanitary condition at all times and that all feces aze disposed in a sanitary manner. <br />5. The chickens must be kept in the fenced backyazd at all times. They shall not be set loose <br />within the neighborhood. <br />6. No roosters shall be allowed to be kept. <br />7. Staff shall establish a mechanism for neighbors to call in their complaints. <br />{end} <br />
