Mrs. Roberts requested that the Commission be given the historical documentation on the project (please see attached email dated June 27, 2006). In this packet, staff has included the June 28, 2006, Planning Commission Work Session Staff Report along with the historical documentation requested by Mrs. Roberts. Attachment 1 -June 28, 2006, Planning Commission Work Session Staff Report with attachments. Staff notes that the applicants recently removed one of the example photos from the original June submittal (a photo of a home on top of a hill), as they indicated that the photo did not accurately convey what they were proposing to do because the home in the photo was too visually prominent and the landscaping wasn't adequate.
