It would appear in the current Staff Report that only one person <br />objected to the location of the lot, and that there was, "...general consensus that the architectural style of the house was <br />acceptable." I don't believe the minutes of that meeting support this summary. <br />I made a trip to Planning to view the attachments. I particularly wanted to see if the Commissioners had been given the <br />pertinent excerpts from the minutes. I wanted to see if my letter submitted for the June OS meeting was included. It <br />isn't. Commissioner Blank had requested historical documentation which is not present. It appears that there is an <br />attempt to expunge any previous negative review of this project. . <br />Since there are two new commissioners unfamiliar with the history, and the agenda is packed, I hope this item can be <br />continued so that the Staff Report can be corrected and some historical documentation can be provided. <br />Thank you, <br />Mary Roberts <br />
