'FCV, CE <br />At your request, we have performed a geotechnicaUgeologic peer review of the investigation of the Sarich <br />parcel. This parcel is located at 1630 Vineyard Avenue in Pleasanton, California. Terrasearch performed a <br />geotechnical investigation of this parcel and submitted the results in a report dated August 8, 2003. You <br />submitted a copy of this report to us for review. In addition, we also have received preliminary grading <br />and development plans for the property prepared by Ruggeri, Jensen, Azar and Associates, dated <br />September 24, 2003. <br />The purpose of our peer review was to form opinions regarding whether the geotechnicaUgeologic studies <br />performed to date conform to generally accepted standards of practice and conform to the requirements of <br />the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan.
