DES:sh 2/3/86 <br /> DES:sh 2/20/86R <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> TRI-VALLEY WASTEWATER AUTHORITY <br /> JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> TO IMPLEMENT A WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br />Section 1: General Budqe~ <br /> <br />The Authority shall adopt an annual General Budget consisting of <br />two parts. Part I will be for Administrative Overhead Costs and <br />Part II will be for the Operation and Maintenance Costs for the <br />direct operation of each Facility constructed by the Authority. <br /> <br />Administrative Overhead Costs consist of all indirect Authority <br />costs which are not directly related to a Facility and its <br /> <br />proportionate use by Participating Members. Administrative <br />Overhead Costs include, but are not limited to, costs and <br />expenses of the Board, administrative salaries, payroll taxes, <br /> <br />fringe benefits, insurance premiums, legal and other professional <br />fees, business equipment rent, office furniture and furnishings <br />rent, office rent, costs of supplies, postage, services, and <br />communications, membership dues and fees, and other indirect <br />costs and expenses. Each Party shall bear a prorated share of <br />the annual Administrative Overhead Costs. The initial <br />proportionate share of the Administrative Overhead Costs shall be <br />as follows: -. <br /> <br /> County of Alameda 37% <br /> City of Pleasanton 34% <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District 29% <br /> <br /> <br />
