Pleasanton General Plan Amendment <br />Policy 12.3: Rklgegnes and hillsides shall be protected. Housing units and structures shall not be <br />placed on sbpes ~of 25 percent or greater, or within 100 vertical feet of a ridgeltne. No gradMg to <br />construct residential or commerdal structures shah occur on hillside slopes 25% or greater, or within <br />100 vertlcal feet of a ridgeline. Exempt from this poNcy are housing developments of 10 or hewer <br />housing units on a stngie property that was, as of January 1, 2007, 'legal parceP pursuant to the <br />California Subdivisbn Map IaMr. Splitting, dividing, or aub~dividing a'legal parcel' of January 1, 2007 <br />i'o approve more than 10 housing units is not allowed. <br />.Policy 15 on case IM19 ~ the i!y of Pleas-fin August B 1998 ~.+e.nl Plan is added as spawn <br />Polley 15.3: A housing unit is def{ned to include any residence that includes a kitchen (sink, oookfng <br />devicx, and refrigerator) and a bathroom (toilet, tub or shower).
