<br />Harris Design proposes the following estimated fees as compensation for [he professional design services described in
<br />Attachment A. These fees and expenses will be invoiced at the rates and amounts in accordance with the Standard Fee
<br />and Reimbursement Schedule. These fees are based on current billing rates, and would need to be adjusted should this
<br />scope duration exceed one year.
