Box 5147 <br />San Ramon, CA 94583 <br />with a copy to: Director of Government Affairs <br />AT&T Broadband <br />23525 Clawiter Road <br />Hayward, CA 94525 <br />Either party may designate by written notice a different address to which <br />notices shall be sent. <br />7.6 Successors and Assigns <br />All provisions of this Agreement shall apply to any lawful successors and <br />assigns. <br />7.7 Severability <br />If any provision of this Agreement or the application of such provision to <br />any circumstance is declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by the lawful <br />judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement <br />or the application of the provision to other circumstances, shall not be affected <br />thereby. <br />7.8 Choice of Law <br />This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of <br />the State of California. <br />7.9 No Waiver <br />Grantee shall not be excused from complying with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement by any failure of the Grantor upon any one (1) or <br />23 <br />
