1.5 Conflict with Cable Ordinance <br />(a) The provisions of the City's Cable System Regulatory <br />Ordinance, Ordinance No. 1829, are hereby incorporated herein by reference as <br />if set out in full, and form part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In <br />the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and <br />the provisions of Ordinance No. 1829, this Agreement shall prevail. <br />(b) Should Ordinance No. 1829 be amended, revised, <br />superseded or otherwise changed after the effective date hereof in such way as <br />would materially affect the terms and conditions of this Agreement, said <br />amendment, revision or change shall not apply to this Agreement without <br />Grantee's approval. <br />1.6 Definitions <br />The definitions contained in Ordinance No. 1829 are incorporated herein <br />as if fully set forth. <br />3 <br />
