Plan A is every day after-school tutoring classes. If this does not work out, plan B is a few tutoring classes that will take place a few weekdays per week. We have to prepare two sets of Plans because we can change to another plan if one plan fails. The two plans will not take place simultaneously. Please allow me to respond to the comments for our application for a conditional use permit. I No matter which plan is enacted, our students will come from schools in Pleasanton city. Our program would provide pick-up from the school using a number of vehicles. After the students arrive, we offer Chinese classes, homework help, English classes and an Abacus class, etc. We aze providing these services primarily for families of a Chinese background or for families that are interested in the Chinese language and culture. Pazents would pick up their children at the end of the day. 2 The church sponsored after-school daycaze program and our program will be held at the same building, but in different classrooms. We will use classrooms #1, #2, and #3, and the church after-school daycare will use #4 and #5. Also we will share the Entry Area. We will ask our students to just stay in the our classrooms for their classes and homework. 3 We attached a classroom floor plan last time that indicated how the classrooms aze arranged. * Room #1:264 sq. ft * Room #2: 400 sq. ft * Room #3: 1,066 sq. ft 4 We also attached a site plan last time that included the parking layout. We also have showed the approval of Santa Rita Office Centre Owners Association for the parking space here. The Association designated fifteen unmarked spaces. We will use the half of the space. 5 We aze limiting ourselves to just 25 students and up to 4 teachers for each plan. 6 Our students will only have indoor activities. The students will not be allowed to leave the building anti] their pazents pick up them. Plan A: Students will be in classrooms,. finish their homework and take classes from 3:IOPM until 6:30PM (Monday through Thursday) and from 3:lOPM unti16:00PM(Friday).
