Please send me the actual <br />document (memorandum or email) upon which that is based. That makes no sense, and <br />Jennifer was not asked to do a traffic study. Do you realize how huge the TIF fees are? Six <br />times office peak? Most of these are parents coming home from work already, some of them <br />from within Hacienda. Has the City ever charged -fIF fees to after school tutoring in the past? <br />The City pdf does not include Ex. A, C, D, or E. Could you please send those along to me, or <br />have a copy prepared.
