My daughter, Victoria Tam has attended Yang Fan Academy after- <br />school. We could have sent her to other after-school programs which aze merely glorified baby-sitting <br />services. Instead, we chose Yang Fan because of its unique ability to offer a structured academic <br />curriculum as well as an environment to foster my child¢s ability to learn Chinese.
