5. I also talked with the state licensing board and they informed me that the <br />children could use the lawn area in se:para[e sessions. For example, 16 children <br />would there at one time. Then anothc;r group of 16 kids would use the same area. <br />It is for this reason that we will restrict ourselves to the 75 sq. ft rule, which the <br />state enforces. <br />I am aware that the grass area is common ground to the entire office complex. <br />have met with the officers of the comlrlex and have already received initial <br />approval to proceed to the next step, which is to contact each of the owners. A <br />letter has been sent to each of the owners seeking approval. I understand that if <br />approval is not granted at this level, the after-school program will not happen. <br />6. We would be sure to designate specific parking places for any vanpooling, as <br />well as for parents to pick up their children. The parking lot at our end of the <br />property is usually vacant throughout the entire week, except for Sundays. <br />I hope my answers have responded to your questions.
