Resolution No. PC-20~,_ ~37 Page 4 Exhibit B Proposed Conditions of Approval Case PC'UP-84 The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially to Exhibit "A" (the site plan, floor pltms, and details of operation), dated "Received, August 4, 2003", on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions of approval. 2. The operation of the after school d~rycaze program shall be under 16 hours per week and shall generally adhere to the following schedule: Monday -Friday: 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 3. If additional hours of operation beyond what was included in the applicant's statement of operation, dated "Rece+ived, August 4, 2003", on file in the Planning Department, are desired, the applicant shall obtain approval from the State of California Department of Social Services prior to City review and approval. If additional hours require the provision of an outdoor activity azea, approval from the property owners association for use of such azea shall be provided prior to City approval of the hours of operation and of the design and location of the outdoor azea. 4. The applicant shall comply with all requirements of the State of California Department of Social Services regarding operation of the after school daycare program. If additional activities and enrollment beyond what was included in the applicant's statement of operation, dated "Received, August 4, 2003", on file in the Planning Department, aze desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications may bc~ approved by the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformar,~ce with this approval. The Planning Director may also refer the matter to the Planning Commission if the proposed changes would be significant. If operations of this use permit results in conflicts pertaining to pazking, interior noise, traffic/circulation, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional u:~e permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit approval. Possible mitigation measures may include, but are not limited to, reducing the number of, students, modifying the hours of operation, or other measures deemed necessary by the Planning Commission.
