B-3 <br />Santa Rita Office Center Association <br />November 27, 2007 <br />Background: <br />Building 4455, owned by David Sell, is currenlly in escrow. The new buyer is Lynn <br />Mielke, who operates the Autistic Children's Center in Building 4463. David Sell is <br />buying Building 4439, but before the sale can be completed, the use permit on 4445 must <br />be shifted to 4439. This requires board approval, unless the city has already granted this <br />request. <br />The use within 4439 will be identical to what is currently happening in 4455: Sunday <br />school for the church, after-caze program, and Northern Calif. Bible College. Nothing <br />new is being added. <br />The most significant change will be parking, which will directed to the Santa Rita side of <br />4439.
