But I expect the information in this email thread can be shared in
the hearing.
City issued conditional permit to the applicatant. But the applicatant broke the rule and for long time parents
don't know the rule and don't know how to complain. My suggestions are:
l) Applicatant must pay and be punished for breaking the permit, otherwise the permit loses its power;
2) Applicatant must let all parents and children know what is the city permit and what is the capacity of the
building. If parents have concerns, there should be enough information for parents to complain to City without
asking the applicatant. Asking the applicatant for such information is not a reliable way.
Thank you.
Kevin Hu
--- On Tue, 9/30/08, Jenny Soo <1Soa@cipleasanton.ca.us> wrote:
From: Jenny Soo dSoo@ci.pleasanton.ca.us>
Subject: RE: More than 70 kids in an after-school at 4455 Stoneridge Dr
To: kevinhu1970@yahoo.com
Cc: "Donna Decker" <ddecker@ci.pleasanton.ca.us>, "Walter Wickboldt"
<WWickboldt@ci.pleasanton.ca.us>, "Brian Dolan" <bdolan@ci.pleasanton.ca.us>
Date: Tuesday, September 30, 2008, 2:57 PM
The procedure should be to obtain a zoning approval prior to operation. In this
case, Little Ivy League needs to do so ASAP.
Jenny
From: Kevin Hu (mailto: kevinhu1970@yahoo. corn]
Sent: Mon 9/29/2008 9:27 PM
To: Jenny Soo
Cc: Donna Decker; Walter Wickboldt; Brian Dolan
Subject: RE: More than 70 kids in an after-school at 9455 Stoneridge Dr
Hello, Ms Soo,
I have only a question.
Does Little Ivy League need to file for a zoning approval to operate, print to
operate?
It means they need to stop current operation. That is not good news for me.
But if it is ant the case, it means such operation can be prior to the zoning
approval.
Thank you.
Kevin Hu
12/10/2008
