The community spoke out loudly at the time of <br />the proposed Home Depot venture that we want better traffic solutions and an overall area plan <br />before considering more development in an area already overloaded. <br />Thank you for listening when we spoke out so loudly last summer and fall & winter. The concerns <br />have not changed and we really must hold you to your agreement that planning should come first <br />before more development. <br />Please do not put through the Ponderosa Homes development near Mohr/Busch region. As a <br />community member, I stand ready to work through viable solutions and other non traffic intensive <br />development. Please do not make uS go through the "same old same old" all over again. This is <br />just a waste of all our time and a drain on valuable city resources.
