The site's General Plan <br />Land Use Designation of "Public and InstitutionaUMedium Density Residential" reflects this <br />dual land use. The proposed medium density residential senior housing development is <br />consistent with the General Plan land use designation for the site. <br />Zonin <br />Zoning for the entire Ironwood development is PUD-LDR/MDR/HDR/P&I & Mixed P&UMDR <br />(Planned Unit Development -Low Density Residential/Medium Density ResidentiaUHigh <br />Density Residential/Public & Institutional and Mixed Public &InstitutionaUMedium Density <br />Residential) District. The subject school option/MDR site was zoned as Mixed Public & <br />Institution/Medium Density Residential, allowing either a public school or attached or detached <br />medium density residential senior housing. The proposed detached medium density residential <br />senior housing is consistent with the zoning of the property. <br />
