PUD-74 Environmental Checklist <br />~N <br />Site Plan of the Proposed Development <br />Site Description and Surrounding Land Uses <br />The subject property, measuring approximately 23-acres in area, is located at the eastern side of <br />the Ironwood Development and abuts the eastern terminus of Reimers Drive. The undeveloped <br />site is relatively flat and contains non-native annual grasses. The southern portion of the site is <br />currently being used as a temporary construction yard for the adjacent Ironwood development. <br />A temporary gravel construction access road is located along the western edge of the site. <br />The property is bordered on the west by single-family homes in the Ironwood neighborhood. <br />The City's Operation Service Center (OSC) is located to the south of the subject site. Old Mohr <br />Avenue right of way and a Zone 71ake (formerly Hanson Aggregates quarry pit) are located to <br />the north. A portion of the former Hanson Aggregates quarry property (now owned by Legacy <br />Partners) is located to the east. <br />Other Public Agencies Whose Approval is Required <br />The proposed project will not require approvals from other public agencies (e.g., permits, <br />financing approval, or participation agreement). <br />
