This <br />project is exactly what this city needs. Having lived in Pleasanton for over 38 years and now over <br />55 myself, I feel that this community would be greatly appreciated. Many people have purchased <br />two story large homes and would like to down size, but want to continue to live in Pleasanton. This <br />plan would give the opportunity for people to do that. In addition, being gated would also give the <br />residents a secure feeling and a piece of mind.
