Be assured a copy of your message
is being provided to the Mayor and Members of the City Council so they may have the benefit of your opinion.
Mary Lu Campbell
Executive Assistant
City of Pleasanton
P.O. I believe their position is to postpone the
extension until 2025 when all other traffic mitigations are expected to be in place.
Since Valley Boulevard currently carries the major burden of East /West traffic flow in Pleasanton, it would be
good municipal planning to extend Stoneridge Drive long before 2025. The initial justification for the expense
of constructing a 4 lane road all along Stoneridge Drive was to mm d.at the extension. It would obviously
benefit the majority of Pleasanton residences to proceed as soon as feasible with the extension as originally
intended.
Please do not be overl y influenced by the "Not- In- My-Back -Yard" NIM Y arguments presented by a group
of homeowners who .knew about the planned extension before they purchased their homes.
Sincerely,
Bike Mannino
Cp
1 544 Oxsen Dr.
Pleasanton, CA 94566
0
