Any and all Specific Plan amendments shall be processed in accordance with City <br />Ordinances, and presented in public hearings prior to City Council action on the proposal. <br />Generally, the Specific Plan amendment process is similar to that for amending the City's <br />General Plan. All Specific Plan amendments must be consistent with the City's General <br />Plan and are subject to CEQA, and thus must be reviewed for potential environmental <br />effects.
