It should be noted that all the high density land indicated for <br />development in the "ultimate build-out" category lies within <br />the perceived limits of urbanization. Thus, the total number <br />of units listed under high density category are those which are <br />planned to serve the full development of the City. <br /> <br />It is felt that the "most likely" development figures are accurate <br />within narrow limits if it is assumed that future development will <br />follow the same pattern as it has in Pleasanton until now. It <br />should be noted, however, that large variations could easily occur. <br />The difference between the "maximum" figure and the "likely" figure - <br />some 1,700 dwelling units - is witness to the large variability <br />which can occur.
