HOME CONSORTIUM HOME FUNDS 2010 AMENDMENT

ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT #1 CITY OF PLEASANTON AND THE COUNTY OF ALAMEDA THIS FIRST AMENDMENT modifies the Contract(No. C-5397) entered into on the 27th day of May 2010 by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body corporate and politic of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as COUNTY and the CITY OF PLEASANTON hereinafter referred to as CITY for fiscal year 2010 HOME funding. For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, County and City agree to amend the Agreement in the following respects: A. The Agreement is amended to decrease the maximum amount of HOME funds as follows: On Page 1, paragraph I. Delete "The maximum amount of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall be $184,378."and replace it with"The maximum amount of fiscal year 2010 HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall be $97,906."
