ALAMEDA COUNTY HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> HOME SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT No.2 <br /> BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND <br /> THE COUNTY OLAMEDA <br /> THIS SECOND AMENDMENT, entered into on the 7th day of February, 2017 modifies the Contract (No. <br /> 12362)entered into on the 1st day of July, 2015, and first amended on April 12, 2016 by and between the <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, a body corporate and politic of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as <br /> COUNTY and The CITY OF PLEASANTON for HOME funds. <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON first amended the Agreement, to incorporate the <br /> approved project and release of funds; <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON desire to amend the Agreement, to correct and to <br /> amend the contract amounts; <br /> THEREFORE, for valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, <br /> COUNTY and CITY OF PLEASANTON agree as follows: <br /> A. Section B.2. remove"The maximum amount of HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall <br /> be $6,762.67 as set forth in attached Exhibit A." and replace it with "The maximum amount of <br /> HOME funds covered by this Agreement shall be $64,473.82 as set forth in attached Exhibit <br /> A." <br /> B. Exhibit A—Scope of Work and Budget to the Agreement is replaced with the Scope of Work and <br /> Budget in EXHIBIT A(rev. 9/1/16), attached to this Amendment No. 2. <br /> C.
