Zone 7 grants to City the right to construct and <br />: term hereof, to maintain and operate the Fluoride Treatment Building <br />the location shown in Exhibit A for a Fluoride Treatment Building and <br /> <br />NSE FEE. City shall pay Zone 7 the sum of one dollar as a license fee. <br /> <br /> ;TIVE DATE.
