THIRD AMENDMENT TO <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT A~REEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT (the <br />"Third Amendment") is made this /~ ~day of ~~ , 1986, <br />by and between THE 8TONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a California <br />corporation ("Stoneson"), and the CITY OF pLEASANTON, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation ("Pleasanton"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Stoneson has requested an amendment to the Second Amend- <br />ment to Development Deferment Agreement between the parties here- <br />to dated November 22, 1983. <br /> <br /> B. City Council hereby determines that Stoneson has made <br />good faith progress toward disposition of sewer permits granted <br />to this project pursuant to the 1972 Settlement Agreement and <br />subsequent proceedings. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> NOW, <br /> <br />the sum of One.Thou.sa~d Dollars ($1,000i00) being <br />ton as a processing fee concurrently herewith, <br />to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />in consideration of the mutual provisions and <br /> <br /> paid to P!easan- <br /> the parties agree <br /> <br /> 1.
