WILSON DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS DEVELOPMENT DEFERMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") <br />is made this ~q~ day of ~ , 1984, by and <br />between DEWITT C. WILSON, THOMAS D. WILSON, ROBERT J. WILSON <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Developers") and the CITY OF <br /> <br /> a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to <br /> <br />PLEASANTON, <br />as "City"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Developers are the owners of certain property on <br />Foothill Road commonly known as Parcels A, B and C of Parcel <br /> <br />Map 3529, as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein (the "Property"). Specifically, DEWITT C. WILSON <br />owns Parcel A, ROBERT J. WILSON owns Parcel B and THOMAS D. <br />WILSON owns Parcel C. <br /> <br /> B. Castlewood Enterprises purchased twenty-one (21) <br /> <br />sewer connection permits for property located at Foothill <br />Road and Bernal Avenue consisting of eighteen (18) acres. <br />That parcel later became Parcel Map 2293. Parcel Map 3529 is <br />Parcel B of Parcel Map 2293. (Developer is aware that within <br />the area of the original Parcel Map 2293 only twenty (20) <br />parcels have been approved for subdivision bv the City. Developer <br />is also aware that the twenty-first (21st) sewer permit will <br />therefore expire and be reallocated by the City as of April 6, <br />1984. ) <br /> <br /> C. Developers subsequently purchased the Property <br /> <br />from Castlewood Enterprises including three (3) D.U.E. <br /> <br /> <br />
