AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br /> OF LANDSCAPING <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made this ~ day of <br />197 ~ , between ~~ <br /> <br />hereafter referred to as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal aorpor~tion, hereafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br />(1) Property owner is the owner of real property <br /> <br />Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", <br />made a part of it by this reference; <br /> <br /> (2) On Ju~ ]4_ <br />Design Rev~ev Approval <br /> <br /> (3) By ~he terms of <br /> <br /> in the City of <br />attached to this Agreement and <br /> <br /> _, 19 79 , the City granted a <br /> approval to said property; <br /> <br />the Design RevJe~Bna~d approval, <br /> <br />property <br /> <br />owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance <br />with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Build- <br />in~ Permit approval; <br /> (4) Both parties recognize that the installation and maintenance <br />of landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for <br />developmen~ of the property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES, as follows: <br /> 1. ~urpos~. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) <br /> installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously <br /> approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the <br /> <br />landscaping. <br /> <br /> <br />
