RESOLUTION NO. 2025-052 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING AN UPDATE TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE D. PLEASANTON PUBLIC LIBRARY FINE AND FEE SCHEDULE TO ASSIGN LIBRARY MEETING ROOM RENTAL FEES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton maintains a Master Fee Schedule that complies with City- Council-approved fees for specific City services provided to residents, non- residents, non-profits, businesses, and other entities within the community; and WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to members of the public; and WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing or eliminating the use of general tax revenues; and WHEREAS, an update to Section D establishes fees for Library Meeting Room Facility Rentals that align with the City Council-approved Master Fee Schedule for VIII. D. Recreation Facilities; and WHEREAS, priority use of the Library Meeting Room is reserved for Library and Recreation programs, Friends of the Library events, and City-sponsored activities. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: The Master Fee Schedule is amended as set forth in Exhibit A. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on September 16, 2025.
