RESOLUTION NO. 2026-014 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE, ADOPTING FEES FOR PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS PURSUANT TO THE POLICY AND PROCEDURES FOR THE EARLY REVIEW OF PROJECTS REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, on March 17, 2026, the City Council Adopted Resolution No.2026-013, adopting policies and procedures for the Early Review of Projects Requiring Legislative Amendments (Early Review Policy); and WHEREAS, the Early Review Policy states that the City Council shall adopt a fee for processing such applications, with such fee reflecting the staff time and costs associated with the processing; WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City Council-approved fees for specific City services provided to residents and companies in the community; and WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing or eliminating the use of general tax revenues; and WHEREAS, the City conducted an analysis to ensure these fees charged do not exceed the cost of providing services with respect to processing applications under the Policy. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. The City Council hereby adopts the amendments to the Master Fee Schedule as reflected in Exhibit A; PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on March 17, 2026.
