RESOLUTION NO. 2025-051 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE <br /> PUBLIC ART IN-LIEU FEE <br /> WHEREAS, in 2025, the Pleasanton Municipal Code was amended to add Chapter 13.20, <br /> which established a public art contribution requirement and an in-lieu fee alternative for new <br /> developments; <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Master Fee Schedule does not include an in-lieu fee alternative <br /> to the City's public art contribution requirement; and <br /> WHEREAS, such amendment to the Master Fee Schedule is necessary to provide <br /> developers an in-lieu fee alternative as described in Pleasanton Municipal Code 13.20. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The Master Fee Schedule is amended as follows: <br /> The following section is added to "II. PLANNING DIVISION" as follows: <br /> F. ART CONTRIBUTION IN-LIEU FEE <br /> Non-residential developments equal to 0.5% of development project's permit valuation <br /> or more than 50,000 square feet <br /> Non-residential developments more 0.45% of development project's permit <br /> than 5,000 square feet but less than valuation <br /> 50,000 square feet <br /> SECTION 2. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the <br /> book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on August 19, 2025. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of August <br /> 2025, by the following vote: <br /> {Signatures to follow on next page} <br />
