W rntgol fr- ORDINANCE NO. 229 The City Council of the Town of Pleasanton does ordain as follows: Section 1. The City Council of the Town of Pleasanton elects to and does hereby express and declare the intention of said City Council to order the vacation of the following described parts of the following officially named streets in the Town of Pleasanton, to-wit: (1) Second Street from Abbie Street to Minnie Street, as shown on a map or plat on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, which map or plat is hereby referred to for par- ticulars as to the proposed vacation. (2) Josepha Street from First Street to Third Street, as shown on a map or plat on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, which map or plat is ereby referred to for par- ticulars as to the proposed vacation. (3) St. John Street from Pleasanton A hnue to Arroyo del Valle Creek, as shown on a map or plat on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, which map or plat is hereby referred to for particulars as to the proposed vacation. (4) West Street from Division Street to Arroyo del Valle Creek, as shown on a map or plat on file in the office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, which map or plat is hereby referred to for particulars as to the proposed vacation. (5) Cass Street from Division Street to Arroyo del Valle Creek, as shown on a map or plat of file in #she office of the City Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton, which map or plat is hereby referred to for particulars as to the proposed vacation. Section 2. Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1954, at and within the Council Chambers of the City Council of the Town of Pleasanton, in the City Pall of the Town of Pleasanton, located at Main and Division Streets, Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting bo the proposed vacation of said parts of said streets above mentioned -1-
