RESOLUTION NO. 2026-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING THE INVESTMENT POLICY AND GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 53646(a)(2), the City's <br /> Investment Policy and Guidelines may be submitted to the City Council annually for adoption; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to the City Council such a policy document for fiscal year <br /> 2026/27 on June 16, 2026: and <br /> WHEREAS, staff is recommending approval of the policies and guidelines outlined in that <br /> document. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Adopt the Investment Policy and Guidelines for fiscal year 2026/27 as <br /> reflected in Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into <br /> the book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 16, 2026. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of 2026 by <br /> the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Gaidos, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Eicher <br /> Abstain: None <br /> P <br /> Jo elyn K on City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
