EAST BAY REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1986-9-177 <br /> September 9, 1986 <br /> AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> PROVIDING FOR MAINTENANCE OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES AND ACCESS ROUTE <br /> (TRACT No. 5188-HSC DEVELOPMENT) : SHADOW CLIFFS REGIONAL RECREATION AREA <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton will be accepting maintenance of a <br /> 30-inch drainage pipe being installed on District land and draining into Arroyo <br /> Del Valle as a condition of Tract No. 5188 and under District Encroachment <br /> Permit No. 15E-86-81, issued August 13, 1986; and <br /> WHEREAS, the General Manager recommends such drainage facilities <br /> license due to mitigation provided; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the License Agreement to the City <br /> of Pleasanton for drainage. facilities maintenance, as presented to the Board <br /> this date, is hereby approved and the President and Secretary are hereby- <br /> authorized and directed to execute and deliver said License Agreement to the <br /> City of Pleasanton on behalf of the District. <br /> MOVED by Director Lynn Bowers, seconded by Director Harlan Kessel, and <br /> adopted this 9th day of September, 1986, by the following vote: <br /> FOR: Directors Lynn Bowers, James H. Duncan, <br /> Mary Lee Jefferds, Harlan Kessel, John <br /> O'Donnell, and Ted Radke. <br /> AGAINST: Directors none. <br /> ABSENT: Director Walter H.
