FLEET MANAGEMENT <br /> SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> t <br /> This Agreement is entered into as of the S1sday of e-CeM 160 , 2020, by and <br /> between Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc., (EFM), a Missouri corporation, and City of <br /> Pleasanton (CITY). <br /> Enterprise Fleet Management, Inc. is the"Servicer" as denoted by the MASTER EQUITY <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT that is by and between Enterprise FM Trust a Delaware statutory trust and <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> Scope of Service: EFM shall perform the services and provide the deliverables described and <br /> set forth in the Master Equity Lease Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective upon <br /> execution by both parties and shall terminate five(5)years thereafter.
