Homeowner is a property owner within Tract 6033 , a <br /> single family subdivision within the City of Pleasanton, commonly <br /> known as Golden Eagle Farms. <br /> B. Homeowner has applied to the City for design review <br /> approval for a single family residence at &0&Z Geeb"-, <br /> L-"(--e- c..J,a� <br /> C. There are heritage trees on this property. <br /> D. One of the conditions of the City's approving design <br /> review for this residence is that the Homeowner obtain a written <br /> statement from the Association to ensure that the f heritage <br /> trees on the property will be protected, both during development <br /> of the lot and thereafter. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises <br /> expressed herein, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. City grants design review approval for th/e/ property at <br /> ,FC16,2- 6-w�,Oe-, �� , Pleasanton, California, Lot within <br /> Tract 6033 . <br /> 2.
