RESOLUTION NO. 2026-083 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br />APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE SECTION I. A. <br />GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES, SECTION I. D. PLEASANTON PUBLIC <br />LIBRARY FINE AND FEE SCHEDULE, SECTION V.B. POLICE SPECIAL PERMITS, <br />SECTION VII. FINANCE DEPARTMENT, SECTION VIII. RECREATION, AND <br />SECTION IX.A. WATER RATES AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the Master Fee Schedule compiles City -Council -approved fees for <br />specific City services provided to residents, non-residents, non -profits, businesses, and other <br />entities within the community; and <br />WHEREAS, limited tax revenues support these services given the unique benefit to <br />members of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, agencies are allowed to set fees at rates providing fair and reasonable <br />recovery of costs incurred in providing the services, minimizing or eliminating the use of <br />general tax revenues. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. The Master Fee Schedule is amended as set forth in Exhibit A. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />at a regular meeting held on September 15, 2026. <br />I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br />foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 15th <br />day of September 2026, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmembers Eicher, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Balch <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Councilmember Gaidos <br />Abstain: None <br />J lyn K ng!
