�. .� 0�_ a o-5 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO GRAZING LEASE <br /> This First Amendment to Grazing Lease ("First Amendment") is entered into May A- 2013 <br /> by the City of Pleasanton (City or Lessor) and Al Spotorno (Spotorno or Lessee). <br /> RECITALS <br /> Whereas, on March 4, 2008 the City and Spotorno entered into a Grazing Lease for <br /> Spotorno to graze a limited number of cattle on City-owned pastures; and <br /> Whereas, the parties desire to extend the term of the Grazing Lease for one additional year. <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 5 of the Grazing Lease is amended to extend the term of the Grazing Lease until <br /> June 1, 2014. <br /> 2. Rent for the additional year shall be calculated in the same manner as year four and year <br /> five, as described in Section 2(b) of the Grazing Lease. <br /> 3.
