Permittee desires to use certain public property ("the property"), which is located <br /> adjacent to the building at /YV*tVJ S� and is shown on the attached <br /> Exhibit"A,"for outdoor display purposes. <br /> C. Permittee has obtained an outdoor display permit from City and City is willing to <br /> permit Permittee to use the property subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein,the <br /> parties agree as follows: <br /> l. Permission to use City Property. City permits Permittee to use the property for <br /> the purposes contained herein. <br /> 2. Terms.
